  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly direct and indirect taxes compliances.
  • Auditor Liaisoning and query resolution.
  • Any other related support on need.
  • Inter Company Transactions
    • Discrepancies in intercompany transactions to be highlighted and sort.
    • To report treatment of intercompany advances in local books and MIS.

4. Others

Risk Management:

  • Measure and report all business risks.
  • All identified risks are within the agreed exposure norms and highlight deviations if any.
  • Managing levels of borrowings, inventories, receivables, payables, ratios and such other parameters are within the prescribed covenants and highlight deviations if any.
  • Highlight areas where prudent risk management and / or adequate insurance cover is not in place.
  • Insurance Claim Management.
  • Exceptional reporting of significant accidents, thefts and such other incidents.
  • Legal support services for agreements.

4. Others

Taxation:

  • Annual tax plan review and updates.
  • Managing tax audit observations and response from the company.
  • To submit the status of pending capital allowance certificates from Abuja.
  • To report on PAYE tax planning and assessment.
  • To submit report on pending WHT deduction certificates from customers as per FIRS.
